• All payments made for subscriptions, in-depth assessments, reports, and other paid services are non-refundable.

• Once a payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued, regardless of usage, dissatisfaction, or circumstances.

• This policy applies to all subscription plans (monthly, annual, or custom) and one-time purchases.
   

    2.2 Automatic Renewals

• Subscriptions renew automatically based on your selected billing cycle (e.g., monthly or annually).

• It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

• No refunds will be provided for subscription fees that have already been charged, including for failure to cancel before renewal.
   

    2.3 One-Time Purchases

• For one-time purchases such as individual reports or assessments, all sales are considered final and non-refundable once the report has been generated and delivered.
